Service of process

If you're new to working with a process server, you may be wondering what exactly we do. Process serving is the act of delivering legal documents, such as summons, subpoenas, and court orders, to individuals or businesses involved in a lawsuit. Our role is to ensure that these documents are delivered in a timely and professional manner, and that the recipient is aware of their obligations and deadlines. By hiring a process server, you can ensure that your legal documents are delivered correctly and efficiently, helping to move your case forward.

Stakeout service

A stakeout service in process serving is a strategic approach employed to locate and serve legal documents to individuals who are often elusive or evasive in nature. This method involves discreet surveillance, where a watchful eye is maintained over the targeted individual to ensure that the necessary papers are delivered properly. By employing experienced professionals who understand the nuances of tracking sneaky individuals, stakeout services enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the process serving, ensuring that legal actions proceed without undue delay caused by an individual's attempts to evade service.

Document Retrieval Servicres

For those short on time, our document retrieval and delivery service can quickly fetch important papers from or deliver them to the court clerk's office. Pricing varies based on location and the urgency of the request.

How do I create an account with you?

Please submit all relevant supporting documents and evidence to our email address at maddogserving@gmail.com, along with your required service speed. We will handle the remainder of the process. Upon receipt of your invoice payment, we will deploy our nearest experienced team members to your location. You will be notified via email once an attempt has been made, and you will have access to photographic evidence and GPS tracking until your service requirements are fully met.

*For clients who prefer to hand over documents in person, an appointment will be necessary, as our office is not always staffed.*

What is a process server?

A process server is an individual responsible for delivering legal documents, such as summons, complaints, and subpoenas, to parties involved in a lawsuit or other legal proceeding. Their role is to ensure that the documents are served in a timely and proper manner, as required by law.

Key responsibilities of a process server may include:

1. Locating and identifying the individuals or entities to be served
2. Delivering the documents in person, often at the individual's home or workplace
3. Verifying the identity of the person being served
4. Documenting the service, including the date, time, and location
5. Filing proof of service with the court, as required

Process servers must be knowledgeable about the laws and regulations governing service of process in their jurisdiction, and must be able to navigate complex situations, such as evasive or hostile parties. They may work independently or as part of a larger firm or agency, and may be hired by lawyers, courts, or other entities involved in the legal process.
